Planning Package

  • Consultation via phone or google meet 

  • Monthly connects to answer any questions and go over what your next steps should be focused on

  • Collaborative workbook with a checklist to keep your planning on track

  • Researching, recommending, and vetting vendors across all categories

  • Review all contracts to ensure all needs are covered and attend vendor meetings.

  • Create a design board with details from all aspects of your day to ensure all are aligned

  • Extensive timeline of the wedding weekend with the guidance from all vendors to ensure the day runs smoothly with all details perfectly ordered

  • Site visit with the couple prior to the wedding day to walk-through guest flow and placements

  • Coordination and main point of contact for all vendors on wedding weekend. Ensure all case scenarios have been discussed on behalf of the couples

  • Wedding day management for up to 12 hours (includes one event assistant)
