Nicole was such an extraordinary part of our wedding day, I would hire her again and again if I could! Nicole was our coordinator and was extremely professional, communicative, and compassionate throughout the entire planning process, not just the day of. She was extremely knowledgeable, collaborated seamlessly with the other vendors and venue coordinator, and just made everything so easy and effortless for us over the course of the day. She was such a calming presence all while working incredibly hard behind the scenes to make everything happen without a hitch. I felt like I could hand her any problem and she would solve it quickly, effectively, and with a smile. We feel so lucky to have had Nicole as our coordinator and miracle worker--she was such an invaluable part of our wedding!

"Nicole is a class act! We hired her as a month-of coordinator for our New Years Eve wedding at the Boston Park Plaza and she truly exceeded our expectations. If you're starting to plan a wedding (or anything really)... stop what you're doing and hire Nicole immediately before she's all booked up!! It was the best decision my husband and I could have made.
Upon our initial call where I was able to ask questions, understand her scope, and see if we'd be a good fit to work together I couldn't have hired her fast enough. She made me feel immediately comfortable, which during wedding planning chaos, you can not put a price on. We got along right off the bat and I felt a sense of trust and friendship right away. Her communication, attention to detail, knowledge of the industry and her compassion set her apart and I was even more excited to finish all our wedding planning!

Leading up to the wedding, she was there every single step of the way making sure all the right questions were asked, all the vendors were on the same page, everything was buttoned up and organized and that we were happy and confident with every decision. On the actual wedding day itself, I was so confident, relaxed and completely able to enjoy each moment of the day because I knew we were in the best hands. She went above and beyond making sure everything was running smoothly, all vendors knew when and where they had to be, our families and bridal party had the information they needed and that Corey and I were stress free, having fun and eating and drinking water lol!
We absolutely wouldn't have had the day/wedding we had without Nicole!! I can't recommend her enough!

"We had the pleasure of working with Nicole Gabriella from July 2021 to July 2022 to plan our wedding. Nicole was incredible through the entire process and helped bring together an amazing event. She completely exceeded our expectations at each step of the process.We decided to have a split wedding, a ceremony at a vineyard/winery and a tented reception at a home. Nicole offered an impressive list of vendor options to meet both of those needs. She was able to provide suggestions of locations and vendors that she had a prior relationship with or do further research to find new options to meet our needs. She even was able take our abstract ideas and find something that we didn’t even think of. We had the most gorgeous sailcloth tent and bar carts that people could not stop raving about, thanks to Nicole.
Nicole was incredible the day of the wedding. She eliminated so much stress for us by putting out any and all fires that would take an ounce away from our day. A full day ahead of the wedding, Nicole was on-site to ensure everything was in place. As a bride, to have her around those hours before put me at such ease. We were always on the same page.
At the ceremony, she never stopped moving and was always ahead of the action to make sure the next part of the event was ready. She was essentially in two places at once, working with two groups of people at the ceremony space and back at the house for the reception. Everything happened on time, without any inconvenience or delay to the event. At the reception, she worked through the night and made sure the wedding party and all the guests could completely enjoy themselves. Her day of coordination was so impressive.
Our wedding day was amazingly beautiful and special, and it was such a treat to work with a planner that became our friend throughout the process. We are forever grateful to Nicole and all the hard work she put into our special day."

I was lucky enough to have Nicole as my wedding day coordinator for my wedding in Charleston. The venue had an event planner so I was on the fence about hiring a coordinator and Nicole ended up the best vendor I had, hands down. She was incredibly organized, professional and knowledgeable. She handled any issues that came up on the big day to the point where I didn’t even know about them until after the fact. She really made sure my husband and I had the perfect day and our only priority was enjoying every second of it. I’ve since attended other weddings she’s worked on and I can say her work is consistently superior. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!

"The best decision I made throughout my wedding planning was hiring Nicole. I had some complications and challenges with my wedding venue/venue coordinator and it was invaluable knowing I had Nicole to lean on to ensure everything went smoothly. Prior to the wedding, she checked in frequently to ensure milestones were being met and answered any questions I had about the process. We had a few long phone calls to ensure we covered every detail and I greatly appreciated having her expertise. On the day, she really was the glue that held everything together.
